I saw mates at the gym today I haven't seen in a few months... And they are all like wtf... We feel anorexic. (they're all around 180lbs with abs) but couldn't get over how big I looked, I think I gotta drop weight a bit... I'm clean over 220 but everyone is like.. Seriously man.. How?

Chest was jelly by the 8th set, last two sets were basically just negetives lol. Talk about going till failure, felt good tho.
For me on the 10x3 I dont do negs, but I dont have a spotter either. Ima thinking that you may just wanna quit at that point bro. Then the next time pick it back up at that same wieght and get the full 10 sets in. Just something for you to think about.

Yeah my form is good on my squats just because I can't stand it when I see someone throw 315 on their back and do half a squat. Idk it just irritates the fuck outta me lol

I'm aiming for 200lbs and I am still throwing around ideas of what i'm gonna do to cut. But I'm not start cutting until probably march so I have a while to figure that out

Nah bro def not overtraining. Its just about the progression. If doing the negs works out for you then you go for it bro.
Just for me it works out better to go to the point that the next rep or set is questionalbe so that is my stopping point. Then I continue at that weight till I get the full 10x3. I find that doing it like this I do progress in a relatively liner direction.
In my head doing the negs would be like going backward and forward, but thats just me. Like I said do what works for you. This is merrily conversation.:cool:

Came so close to pulling 345 today, was just about to lock out and lost my grip. If it wasn't for that would have got it no problem.....next time:)

I'm alternating 10x3 every other workout with ohp,dl, and bench and staggering them and it's really keeping me going on the 5x5 and steadily increasing strength every workout

cycle is 14 weeks, and I'm at the end of week 7 so I'm just over half way and still have a bottle of beastdrol to run lol. I'm actually debating just going on hrt and staying on a low dose of test. I'll throw some vids up when I hit my goals numbers wise, I wanna DL 405 by the time this cycle is up which would be about a 80lb increase. I really only trained like this for 6 weeks before I started this cycle last winter during the transformation contest, so I think I have come a long ways for someone who never even know how to DL properly until the transformation contest in January
 
Funny cuz I'm also considering hrt but wanna have anothe kid..so I'm a put it on hold for a while...

Thanks bro, still gotta long way to go on my bench tho. I really wish I started training like this a long time ago, I would be much stinger now. I wasted the first 2 years on cookie cutter routines based around ISO lifts. Well I know now so better late than never

What you reckon on front squats, you ever tried em? Coz I can't go atg with back but gave front a few sets and was able to keep back straight, stable core and had my ass on my heels basically. Seriously shocked I may be able to rack up some sweet atg :D

Jumped on the scale today and I'm actually down 1lb from last week. Weighed in at 188, the only thing I can think of is because I raised my aromasin dose up back up 12.5mg ed and I dropped some water. But the irritation in my left nipple is gone so that's good lol. Just barely got the last rep up on my last set of squats and stalled out on my ohp:mad:, I'm gonna hit a 10x3 next time and that should push me past 115 on the ohp. Was noticebly more fatigued today from the heavier squats and took just a little bit longer rest in between sets. Caught my second wind on the DL's thoough and killed the last 5 sets, I dropped the straps and seemed to have a better grip wiithout them.

Slept like sh1t the last two nights, got probably 8 hours total and I felt it during the workout. Just didn't have enough energy for 10x3 on Bench. Diets been a little irradic too. Focus check, need to get back on track!

I was struggling with your suggestion of bent over bb rows... As being tall it's freaking hard to keep everything straight and stable, got straps and added 50lbs on, they make a world of difference! Shocking haha.
Yeah man the lack of sleep is horrible, I got a solid 13 hours this week. Feel shitty.
Keep pushing through the last half bro! :)

I work 10 pm till 5 am. (used to be 8-6am before surgery) Then have Uni 9-4, so I don't actually have time to get adequate sleep. But Uni just finished. So now im going to explode in training/gains :) good food and more than 1-2 hour of sleep per night haha. Just laying down now and gonna get 3 hours of sleep before the gym >:D going to go for pb DL haha

It's my work schedule, I work overnights so it messes with my sleep schedule when I have days off

Stalled out at 260 on my squats, I'll drop it back to 235 and add 5lbs every workout in order to level it out with the rest of my lifts. Pulled 345 today and it felt great, 405 is right around the corner :)

weighed in at 189 today. up 1 lb since last week and 19 in 8 weeks. Been lingering around this weight for the last few weeks. Unless my eyes are devcieving me It's looking and feeling like I'm leaning back out which is crazy because I'm eating everything in sight right now. I think I hit or grazed a nerve in my trap when pinning test prop and I'm reagrivating it because I'm getting a sharp pain shooting from my trap through my delt down to my elbow after a couple sets of squats and it seems to be getting worse every workout. It's almost like my right arm is dead weight by the time I finish my squats. I'm gonna finish out the week and then deload to give my body a little break before I pop my bottle of beast
 
Deload not a bad idea bro. IDK about the neve thing. When I hit one there is absolutly no doubt that I did it bro. No question about it at all. If it dosnt come back soon get to your Dr and check it out bro. Better to catch it early on.

Huh..I dont know what it could be then? I don't have insurance so the doctor is last resort lol. I'm gonna shoot for 305x5x5 on my Dl on wed. And 200x5x5 on my bench on fri then reload to 80% of were I maxed out just to give my body a break, that's probably all I need

@ Zed is it possible to get someone pregnant while on HRT , I know the LH Levels will be very low but Im not sure

So between my right delt and lack of sleep this workout was trash, I stalled again on the ohp 115 and completely flatlined on my 5th set of deads. Although I think I figured out what's irritating my rigth trap/delt. I'm putting the bar too far down on my back forcing me to over extend my arms in order to balance the bar on my traps, I put the bar up a little farther on my back and my arm started to feel a little bit better but all these squats are tearing the middle of my back up in between my shoulders at the top of my spine, so out of instinct I was dropping the bar farther down to avoid this. You know you squat a lot when your back is bleeding were the bar sits after every workout lol. One more workout then I'll probably take the whole weekend of and deload to give my body a little rest
 
Yeah bro stalling out just sucks and that is all there is to it man. Time for you to do just as you said bro, deload and get a little rest. Best thing for you.

I widened my grip on the bbl on my squats ant it helped my arm but the pain in my elbow was still there and nothing short of agonizing, my joints are def feeling it right now. This routine is really taking a toll on my body. I'm gonna take the weekend off then deload in Monday and if that doesn't help I Will just take the week off all together. Sucks but my body needs it. I wanna be able to finish strong with beastdrol
 
Hey junkie how much fish oil are you taking right now. Also keep hydrated that will help your joints some bro. Are you using gelatine in your PWO shake? If your not then start right now bro. That makes a big diff, RADAR told me about that.
 
Hey bro maybe doing a little bit more extensive warm ups will help your joints too. Also now that its getting cold out lift in a sweatshirt. Keep that body heat in!

I'm at about 190 now. I saw your pics, you're still pretty lean, just keep bulking until the spring and keep packing on muscle, then cut slowly and you'll be nice and ripped for the summer
 
took the weekend off from training and diet, gonna take tomorrow off too, i feel i need it. Then I will deload at 80% of my max 5x5 and hit tues,thurs,sat and hopefully my body will be well rested for the last 4 weeks of my cycle. Hoping beast will put on another 10lbs to hit and even 200

felt much better today after my mini 3 day break, deloaded to about 80% of my stall weight and didn't mix any heavy lifts in at the end because I didn't wanna agrevate anything again. Felt good to get back in the gym though, 3 days is like an eternity to me lol, by i'm listening to my body on this one

Ran through this workout in about 45 min and barely broke a sweat,on monday ill start mixing in some heavy sets at the end. weighed in at 191, i'm gonna be honest ive been slacking on my diet the last ten days or so. I havn't been getting all my meals in and eating dirty a little more than I want. Iv'e lost a lot of definition but i'm not concerned with that right now, it's all about size. start beast on monday and will dial my diet back in and this will make the difference between 20 and 30 lbs on this cycle....well i'm hoping anyways lol.

Yeah my traps came out like crazy....ill really see it when I cut back down, I just like to stay lean so this part of the process is tough for me mentally but I know its part of the game..

That's a heavy cycle bro lol...but I guess since I'm not coming off it wouldnt really matter...just outta curiousity how long would you wait to jump back on that after finishing this one? This one was 14 weeks with deca for ten and eq and test for 14...I think I'm gonna try something besides deca next time tho
