Yeah I was gonna wait till I hit 200 at least....i was never really lookin to get huge, just wanted that bedroom body lol but the more I train the bigger I wanna get. I wasnt planning on cutting until Feb. Or march

This one was 14 weeks with deca for ten and eq and test for 14...I think I'm gonna try something besides deca next time tho

If that is the case then 3 or 4 weeks and right back on bro.
The thing about deca is that nothing else will put on the same mass and only need to be injected once per week, at least not that I can think of right now.

From what I understand Tren will def put on some mass but it also is not the best for joints. And that right there is a major issue in my mind. Pushing that 5x5 and those weights you nees all the joint cuishoning that you can get.

True, my right elbow is still irritated but tolerable...I like deca but just not the bloat, if I take 4-6 weeks of and jump back on I should have time run another 10 week bulker and still cut down for the summer...

If you have any slin pins, next time you shoot deca, put some in a slin pin and micro inject that elbow. It worked for me bro.

Joints in my right arm are killing me, I'm gonna thug it out for these last few weeks of this cycle and swith routines to see if that helps. If I have to take a week off I will. I thought about lowering my aromasin dose but someone made a comment on how round my face was the other day so that's not an option lol. Otherwise everything is on point, 5 days in on beast and loving the shit, aggression and sense of well being is nothing short of amazing right now :evil::D;)

i'll pin the test e every mon and thurs for ten weeks and the tren a 100mg eod for the first six or whenever I decide to throw it in there, I may even just pin 50mg ed I havn't decided that yet. So yes it's just eod lol

But! I'm confused as to what every other day is.. Same days every week? Mon wed fri sun? Coz then you'd pin sun and mon which I think would get annoying and mix up levels. Or you pin 4 days one week, 3 the next?

lmao....eod is every other day bro, you pin one day then skip one then pin one then skip one and so on. It doesn't matter what day off the week it is lol

I'm compiling stuff for a cutting cycle bro :) it is summer here. And I'm considering cutting my cycle at 8 because I'm Pretty happy. Take a few months off then hit a short cut, then slow bulk natty while staying lean... I gain weight wayyyy too quick -_- got out of hand real quick Lols.
Gonna follow something closer to what you did (start leaner next time :)

I had signs of an started blasting forma 10 am 10 pm, nearly through a bottle and it's gotten quite a bit worse (visibly went away when I had a pump, now there's always soft tissue there. Damn.). Just ordered some letro as a gamble and praying it gets through...
Just thought from all the reviews forma would help enough.. :( lol.

Good workout bro. On your deads are you using a mixed grip. That helps me a lot man. I dont use straps on my rack pulls...yet.

Hey bro. I've been following along the whole time, wanted to chime in and say NICE WORK.

Great numbers you're pulling, and the pics are looking great!

Just a little 2 cents on the tren cycle. Depending on how much Tren, I really think tren sides are directly related to how much test you're taking as well. I did very well with my sides on ace when I was doing 350 test/tren a week. I was doing 100mg tren EOD. I was sweaty as hell, but didn't really feel any insomnia. Make sure you drink tons and tons of water. As long as you got caber I don't think any libido side effects will be a problem running lower test. I'd think 500 test, 350-450tren would be fine, but I would save the higher test a week when not doing tren. Just my two cents though bro. Everyone is different, but if its your first time with tren, i'd ease into it with lower test at first and see how sides are.

Great job with everything man. I've learned a lot from this log. Keep it up.

That's about all I had in me today, didn't sleep well last night and the joints in my right arm are killing me. This last 2+ weeks is gonna be brutal, I'm hoping after I drop the aromasin and switch routines my joints will thank me.
 
Dont push it bro. Back off on your bench weight and add in some reps. Just back off to the point that the pain is there as a nsiance. Good luck man!

Will Fo bro, for the 5x5 I can tolerate it but when I try to max out its just too much weight for my joints right now, its just frustrating cause my chest is what needs the most work :(
 
Ummm....dude you dont max on the 5x5. Its just not in the program.
Beleive me I know its tuff not to do it too. I so bad want to know what my bench, ohp and dip maxes are. But gotta stay in the dicipline and not do it just yet.

So I took the advice of a vet in my gym and kept my head up instead of looking down on my squats and it def helped me get more leverage with my hips, should be able to push through my sticking point no problem. Also starting to feel pretty lethargic from the beast as well, feel like I could just lay in bed all day lol, but strength gains are great with it tho

so you finally dicided on self hrt nice, I began my cycle last saturday so hopefully I have similar gains like you my goal is 225lbs Im around 203 now..

add the mast to your next run you'll love it....

Im currently doing Layne's norton routine , was gonna go for a 5x5 but decided otherwise due to joint pain , how old are you bro ? 35 yo here, I hear you on the Trt subject I would love to go that route but Im planning on having more children in the near future as I only have one so might delay it a couple of years

honestly I'm not tracking calories but I'm taking probably 4,000-4,500...I basically eat enough that im uncomfortable all day lol. i probably get close to 1500 cals just at breakfast, this is what I have for breakfast

2 eggs
1/2 c egg whites
shredded mozz cheese....dont know how much just dump it in my eggs lol
steak
3/4c oats
2 big spoonfulls anpb
1 sccop whey
1 slice toast
big ass glass of milk lol

then ill eat a few more meals with steak, salmon and chicken and pasta and throw down a couple colossal 100 bars or better protein bars which are about 4-500 cals a piece and i'll eat some dirty calories here and there too lol..probably drinking a half a gallon a day of 2% milk give or take too

not so much, cause you're still gonna want the protein intake high if not higher and that's the expensive part. Carbs are cheap....all that meat is what hits the wallet

I'll probably run a ten week cutter with low dose test and 100mg of primo and mast ed and Var kickstart. So ill carb cycle the first 4 weeks like this 250,200,150,100,50 then back up to 250 with 2g protein per lb of body weight. That way i may actually put on a few lbs of muscle while leaning out the first 4 weeks. Then for the last 6 ill run a 50/20/30 split at 300-500 calories below bmr. I'll cut down to 12% before I start tho, and hope to end up around 7%....but that won't be for awhile cause I need to get up to 210 first ;)

Na, I'm surprised I don't get asked. Although my fam probably assumes anyways and just doesn't ask cause they don't wanna know the answer lol. Most of the chicks I mess with know but I don't have a steady girl so I don't care bout that. I'll be cruising for 4 weeks and jumpn back on a test/tren and maybe mast depending on funds. I'm looking to hit 210 by april so I need another 15 lbs

Haha I just tell people im eating tons , and hitting the weights alot harder , but some don't believe when I went from 180 to 195 so fast lol

I didn't even feel like getting out of bed today let along training, but said fuck that and finished strong and I'm taking the rest of the week off and cutting beastdrol a few days short, so that's a wrap for this cycle and 5x5, I put on over 25lbs so I consider that a success. I'm gonna cut back just a bit on calories for the rest of the week becuase I'm tired of feeling bloated all day lol. Then monday I'll bump my calories back up and start the dorian yates blood and guts routine and cruies on 200mg of test for 4 weeks. I think taking the rest of the week off is the best thing right now, my body needs a rest. Then monday it's back on the grind :evil:

I didn't even feel like getting out of bed today let along training, but said fuck that and finished strong and I'm taking the rest of the week off and cutting beastdrol a few days short, so that's a wrap for this cycle and 5x5, I put on over 25lbs so I consider that a success. I'm gonna cut back just a bit on calories for the rest of the week becuase I'm tired of feeling bloated all day lol. Then monday I'll bump my calories back up and start the dorian yates blood and guts routine and cruies on 200mg of test for 4 weeks. I think taking the rest of the week off is the best thing right now, my body needs a rest. Then monday it's back on the grind :evil:

Bro if you gonna test out any program do it for 12 weeks. That really is about the min that you will see any appreciable results with.
 
Yeah it will be a nice rest for ur joints bro ! I think ull enjoy it .. I'm done dbol in 6 days :( .. Now to keep all the gains lol .

I could give it a shot but I really wanted to give radars routine a shot for my next run so we'll see how it goes, ill just play it by feel
