Nice deads and getting close to that 200lb squat man! Nice.

Just checked my scales... Didn't eat on Sunday coz had a festival.. But I went keto for a bit and dropped to 91.. Been around there, upped calories since, (2500) and I'm sitting at a weight of 96.7 kg... Eating clean.
Also every few days 12kms bike ride.
You ever get ridiculous weight gain off medium calories man....?
the only time get riduculous weight gain is when I'm eating like a horse.

Form wasn't that great on the BBL @225 lbs but it felt good hitting 225 though. Noticed some veins popping out on my traps and delts on the bbl calf raise which is a good sign this early, that eq should have me nice and vascular by the end of this:evil:

lol....yes that's how I'm doing them. I will admit I'm jerking a little on the heavier sets but I think those heavy sets that I'm doing are gonna keep me going on the 5 sets of 5 more so than If I wasn't doing them. Form couldn't be better on the 5 sets of 5 tho, they were a little awkward at first but I'm really getting a feel for these now, basically the same movement as the bench press but just backwards lol
 
I usually do just off parallel.. Tried the 90* with resting on rails at bottom.. Started with 50lb to get a feel and my inner back got so pumped from two sets it was insane.

Haha, um well the gym I was at today has the squat rack, then resting rail things you can put at your chosen height (I gues if you fail squat so it doesn't crush you..) so had that just a bit lower than the height of a bench, letting it touch that at the bottom of the rep. (I'm tall and with a light weight I can't nearly touch the bar to the ground comfortably haha)

Took my last dose of anadrol today, and popped my last 15mg dbol pre-workout as well. Had just enough so that worked out well. Got my hcgenerate tonight so I will starting dosing 5caps ed of that tommorow. These work outs are really starting to kick my a$$ lol, should see a lot of growth in the next 3 or 4 weeks it's crunch time Did a couple set of weighted decline sit-ups but was just wiped, all these compound lifts are indirectly hitting my abs anyways to not worried about it. My wife beaters are turning into spandex lol, gonna have to go get some new ones​

And depending how hungry I am I might have a slice of whole wheat toast lol

Sleeping as much as possible...I'm in complete growth mode right now, Im putting on a little fat too but its mostly just bloat from the supps and all the food I'be been pounding lol. When I wake up my stomach is flat when I go to bed i feel like I'm 6months pregnant lol. I'm sacrificing everything for size right now though

Yeah bro it is an excellent choice for the 5x5. Once you get about halfway in that program you are getting quite a bit s stress on all of your joints. I would also highly recommend a packet of plain gelatine in your shakes, gr8 for cartelige.

What do you think about doing a shot of 200 deca to help with joints (say week 1.4.7) would there be a benefit or just end up making shut down worse

Not a good idea imo, would have your blood levels all over the place. If you want to run a therapeutic dose of deca stick with 200mg 2x/week

Noticed a decrease in strength today. Tried to put up 140 and 135 on the ohp and just couldn't get it, and I put up 135 farely easily last week:mad:. Also on the DL was gonna hit the 10x3 but just didn't have it, couldn't pull 330 then dropped it to 315 and struggled with that so just dropped it to 265 and did my 5x5. This goes to show how powerfull anadrol is, and also how quick you start to lose strength after stopping it. I mean within days I noticed a decrease in strength. Needless to say I won't be using A-bombs again

When I was looking at deca, my max dose was 200mg per week haha, I just thought for a joint benefit as it's a real long ester. Cheers anyways :)

I just didn't go above and beyond today like I have been, not a bad workout by anymeans but the first time I really felt fatigued lol. I didn't take my n2kts either, gonna give it a week off. I think it's a combo of coming off anadrol and not taking my 2 scoops n2kts.

basics, if you wanna run a theraputic dose of deca, what I use is 125mg/week and it does its job just fine.
junkie some of that might be mental too bro. You know you just came off the drol....anyway not a bad workout by any means bro. You will be back by Fri or Mon, no prob bro!

I do this too bro. I have to work up to getting that 10x3. So I might start with 3x3. Then 5x3, etc. The important thing is that we are adding weight and moving up in reps. And thats the right direction!

A quick story...
When I was in Germany for business my host asked me if I wanted to sauna. Well my answer was like hell yeah.
We got to the sauna resort...yeah its like the national pastime for the Germans. Anyway went into the changing area and that was as expected, put your cloths in a locker etc. And then out to the "sauna" area.
NOBODY HAD ANYTHING ON!!! I mean they were all naked! Young peeps, old peeps, beautiful peeps and not so beautiful peeps. And bro I mean some dam fine female flesh walking around in their b-day suits like they were shopping at the mall.
But the thing was after like the first 5 mins it felt so comfortable and normal. There was nothing sexual about it at all.
And the "sauna" area was pretty dam awsome too. There were waterfalls, cold pools, hot pools, dry heat, steam, sprays, all kinds of stuff to make you feel just gr8.
Was a really nice experience. Most of us americans are way too up tight to enjoy that kind of thing. But if you ever get the chance do it bro.
Ok end of story.:)

I now have full access to a steam and sauna rooms since recent (haven't even used yet) but will now since your reminder haha.

Sadly they're small rooms enough to fit 4~ people at a time :( so I'm jealous of your porn like experience haha

So I had a great workout here, and I have weekends off now so since all i've been doing is working and training I figured I would go out and have a good time. TERRIBLE IDEA, the whole night was a mess and I hardly ever drink so figured a few drinks wouldn't kill me. So I start before I go out and by the time I get out i'm already drunk and emotional for no reason and all I want to do is just fight, I have no idea why becuase usually i'm not like that, I think I was just pissed becuase I wasn't having a good time and I felt bad about going out in the first place. So I end up getting kicked out of the club anyway and don't even remember why. What a waste of a night and needless to say I didn't feel like doing anything the next day and didn't even eat anything of any substance and just laid in bed all day. Yeah I know I fawked up I admit it lol.

ok so back on track with my diet today, didn't miss any workouts but messed up on my diet over the weeknd which is just as important, so feels good to have that back on track. I weighed in today and I'm actually down 1 pound, which I expected because I knew I would drop some water after 4 weeks of a-bombs, not eating hardly anything yesterday didn't help either I'm sure. But havn't missed a beat on strength gains and noticed my lower chest coming out nicely after hitting 10x3 on my bench today which is a positive sign since I have always struggled here. Working on my technique on my bench has really paid off and is really starting to show in my chest
 
ok, so after reading up some more on dostinex I have decided to drop it all together. My emotions have just been all over the place and I have also been experiencing blurred vision on top of that. And after researching I have read complaint after complaint about anger,depression, mood swings so I'm done with this sh1t.....not too mention nausia, dry mouth,eratic behaviour, sweats. I think I'm having just about every bad reaction you could have with this stuff it's crazy

I knew there had to be some logical explanation because I've been crazy moody and depressed lately and I read acohol intensifies it which explains why I got kicked outta the club the other night then went home and had an emotional breakdown on skype with this chick in cali that I talk to and have never even met in person it was crazy lol. I shouldn't have been drinking in the first place anyways but that's besides the point, i rarely drink and when I do that just doesn't happen. I found this webpage were people give feedback on the sides they experience and I'd say 1 outta every 3 or 4 people have this happen to them. Some even ended up in phsyc wards

I just changed off this.. I got my squat from nothing (foot injury always prevented legs basically) but got to 60 kg in 3 weeks.. Can't get heavier than that... My joints hurt so bad and legs can't push any more than that. So I'm taking a break and doing heavy bb split (similar but more spread out) which is sad because as you know it's a sick program for progression but I don't know how I can push past when my legs don't wanna haha. (Yes, I'm eating a lot.... 97- 98 kg at the moment, nearly 220 lb :p)
But nice PR on the Deadlift man!! That 3 plates a side just about? Good to see your workout is obviously easily back on track after the oral kickstart!

yeah 3 45lbs plates each side plus 2 dimes each side. Gunning for 405lbs on my DL with 10 weeks to go, I'm thinking that bottle of beast sitting on the shelf might just get me there:)

yeah I'm liking this progam. It's looking like squats are gonna be my first lift to stall out, they're getting pretty tough. But if that happens then I'll just drop the weight back a touch to put it back on track with the rest of my lifts

Jumped on the scale today and up 4lbs since monday, 19lbs in 6 weeks:roadster:. Still have 4 weeks left on deca:inflate:. Pickd up some back support today and it really helped with my squats, should help me keep pushing there

Nice numbers man, jealous of the squat :). I took a week break from the strength and squatted 140~ (heaviest I've done, bones in feet always too weak to train legs till now :)
So you're helping drive me to keep on this haha.
Side note man.. How're you going with fat gain? I'm like 2 weeks behind you and Ive just hit 220lbs. Obviously fat gain, but arms, legs and such are filling muscle wise. (22lbs in 4+ weeks :S) only eating around 3k ish calories lol. :worried:

You're only eating 3,000cals a day and gained 22lbs in 4weeks? That's crazy! I've put on some fat but not as much as it looks just because I look bloated from eating so much all day. I've gotta be hitn well over 4k a day, I'm goin through a half a gallon a day of milk on top of everything I'm eating

Nice man!! The work is paying off ! Yeah I got a belt and it feels so much better doing squats ! I must have been using my lower back too much or something
U were probably leaning forward too much and it was putting strain on ur back because you should be using your lower back on squats. The belt probably helped correct your form

Thanks Zed, I'll also be bumping my aromasin dose back up to 12.5mg ed because my left nipple has been itching the past couple days. Dont wanna take any chances there

Chest was jelly by the 8th set, last two sets were basically just negetives lol. Talk about going till failure, felt good tho.
