Just checked my scales... Didn't eat on Sunday coz had a festival.. But I went keto for a bit and dropped to 91.. Been around there, upped calories since, (2500) and I'm sitting at a weight of 96.7 kg... Eating clean.
Also every few days 12kms bike ride.

I will admit I'm jerking a little on the heavier sets but I think those heavy sets that I'm doing are gonna keep me going on the 5 sets of 5 more so than If I wasn't doing them. (I'm tall and with a light weight I can't nearly touch the bar to the ground comfortably haha)

Took my last dose of anadrol today, and popped my last 15mg dbol pre-workout as well. Had just enough so that worked out well. Got my hcgenerate tonight so I will starting dosing 5caps ed of that tommorow. These work outs are really starting to kick my a$$ lol, should see a lot of growth in the next 3 or 4 weeks it's crunch time Did a couple set of weighted decline sit-ups but was just wiped, all these compound lifts are indirectly hitting my abs anyways to not worried about it. My wife beaters are turning into spandex lol, gonna have to go get some new ones

Drop any additional ab work bro. You are wasting energy is all your doing. As you said from the deads and squats your abs get plenty of stimulation. Ab work dosnt do shit for your six pack either, Thats all about diet.
If you can try and get a couple naps in per week. You will find that it helps considerably. Also have some carbs before your workout, and a dam big breakfast on your workout days.
Last thing that I can tell you is espicially on your workout days drink all water you can before your workout. It helps. Nelson laid that one on me.

Yeah bro it is an excellent choice for the 5x5. Once you get about halfway in that program you are getting quite a bit s stress on all of your joints. I would also highly recommend a packet of plain gelatine in your shakes, gr8 for cartelige.

anadrol in an oral that I used to kickstart cycleHahahaha big difference then! All good manI'll save the deca for next cycle.. Just my joints (usually have aching joints and such) are quite bad at the moment, pumping the fish oil and joint supps and it's not doing too much haha.

it may have just been an off day, I don't need to deload I have a ways before I'll need to do that. I just didn't go above and beyond today like I have been, not a bad workout by anymeans but the first time I really felt fatigued lol. I didn't take my n2kts either, gonna give it a week off. I think it's a combo of coming off anadrol and not taking my 2 scoops n2kts.
yeah it's up and down right now bro, some days I feel like a million bucks and some days I don't wanna get outta bedl. I always feel great once I get in the gym and even better after training so that's what matters at the end of the day lolI feel yah man , I feel the same way lately !!

A quick story...
When I was in Germany for business my host asked me if I wanted to sauna. Well my answer was like hell yeah.
We got to the sauna resort...yeah its like the national pastime for the Germans. Anyway went into the changing area and that was as expected, put your cloths in a locker etc. And then out to the "sauna" area.
NOBODY HAD ANYTHING ON!!! I mean they were all naked! Young peeps, old peeps, beautiful peeps and not so beautiful peeps. And bro I mean some dam fine female flesh walking around in their b-day suits like they were shopping at the mall.
But the thing was after like the first 5 mins it felt so comfortable and normal. There was nothing sexual about it at all.
And the "sauna" area was pretty dam awsome too. There were waterfalls, cold pools, hot pools, dry heat, steam, sprays, all kinds of stuff to make you feel just gr8.
Was a really nice experience. Most of us americans are way too up tight to enjoy that kind of thing. But if you ever get the chance do it bro.

ok, so after reading up some more on dostinex I have decided to drop it all together. My emotions have just been all over the place and I have also been experiencing blurred vision on top of that. And after researching I have read complaint after complaint about anger,depression, mood swings so I'm done with this sh1t.....not too mention nausia, dry mouth,eratic behaviour, sweats. I think I'm having just about every bad reaction you could have with this stuff it's crazy

I shouldn't have been drinking in the first place anyways but that's besides the point, i rarely drink and when I do that just doesn't happen. I found this webpage were people give feedback on the sides they experience and I'd say 1 outta every 3 or 4 people have this happen to them. yeah 3 45lbs plates each side plus 2 dimes each side. Gunning for 405lbs on my DL with 10 weeks to go, I'm thinking that bottle of beast sitting on the shelf might just get me thereI just changed off this.. I got my squat from nothing (foot injury always prevented legs basically) but got to 60 kg in 3 weeks.. Can't get heavier than that... My joints hurt so bad and legs can't push any more than that. So I'm taking a break and doing heavy bb split (similar but more spread out) which is sad because as you know it's a sick program for progression but I don't know how I can push past when my legs don't wanna haha. (Yes, I'm eating a lot.... 97- 98 kg at the moment, nearly 220 lb)
