O.K guys I am 5'11 and already cut. I want to get to 210 and stay cut. I haven't worked out hard in years. I am 27 years old and I am about to make a puchase of gear but i need some good sound advice. BUILD MASS QUICK and STAY RIPPED is my ultimate goal. No injection please. I get enough of those in the military and I hate questions Want type of gear do you all recommend? Majority will win Also what is a good work out routine? More reps less set? or vise versa? Different body area evry day and isometrics on one ay and rest on the sabbath? Could use some help buds = )
