O.K guys I am 5'11 and already cut. I want to get to 210 and stay cut. I haven't worked out hard in years. I am 27 years old and I am about to make a puchase of gear but i need some good sound advice. BUILD MASS QUICK and STAY RIPPED is my ultimate goal. No injection please. I get enough of those in the military and I hate questions;) Want type of gear do you all recommend? Majority will win:mix: Also what is a good work out routine? More reps less set? or vise versa? Different body area evry day and isometrics on one ay and rest on the sabbath? Could use some help buds = )
 
guy are you serious...you are more conserned with gear that with training and diet. without training and diet gear will be a waste of money for you..you need to post your current weight too in order for people to help...you dont seem motivated at all to work out just to take gear, you should get your priorities striaght and then you will be successful

i was curious as to your current weight aswell, if your more worried about gear maybe you could try the anabolics board. justinm is a wise man.
 
I'm not worried about gear as much as working out. I am 165lb right now and I am dead serious about working out. When I was doing my program a few years ago I would literally work out for 2-3 hours. Back and shoulders one day, chest,triceps and trap another, legs and biceps the 3rd. Everyday had stomac in it and the 4th day I did isometric. Then started all over again. The motivation is here. I am curious about the gear becuase i have never tried using it and I am very interested. What gear is suggested and how much per cycle.
 
well let me say first, if u want info on gear go to the anabolics board, they will set you up no time..

and are you working out at all now??..and if you want to gain like 50 pounds you arent going to stay ripped the whole way there...you will need to bulk and that includes gaining some fat..sorry bro
