Okay pics...things never change lol....
a couple inches and pounds but not much......still storing food as fat I am assuming from not enough cals and maybe being 40 LOLOLOL sounds good

cals burned 261.50.....bike ride and couple sprints then it poured lol...tonight the treadmill if raining
Okay for speed training....if my pace is 2:30 then I need to be doing 2:22 400's........this is to help increase my speed.....
