getting sick during training/ Dermacrine review

On tuesday I was feeling sick, I had a sore throat that was getting worse and worse each day. I was taking airborne and echinacea (not sure on spelling), vitamin C and hoping it would go away. I kept training right through i, but still each morning from Sunday-wednesday the sore throat was a little worse. My training right now consists of running and about 2 miles 3 times a week and lots of pushups and abs stuff.

Sunday I did 100 pushups, did a set of 40, set of 30, set of 10 then a last set of 20 a little later on to make my 100. I did this the week before too and was sore all week from it just about (just recently started hittin the pushups again).

So I started the Dermacrine tues., I am not on cycle right now. One of the main reasons I started it was for the immune boosting properties, I had the bottle layin around anyway and I'm not taking any supps right now so I thought what the hay.

Well last night was my second day on the stuff. I did my run which was the longest one so far (I'm workin up to 3miles). Then I came home and did a set of 40 pushups, then a set of 50, which is the most I've done in a long time, and then a set of 47. I was pretty dang impressed with myself. Then afterward I did the deed for about 30 mins with the GF. I think I'm gonna start putting that into the workout plan every night.

Now I don't necessarily think that dermacrine is responsible for those gains, at least not the Dermacrine alone. It was just day 2 and I think I am really gaining more than anything cause I haven't drank a single beer in about 3 weeks, plus this is a new type of work out plan so I am kinda gettin newbie gains with it. Here is the part that impresses me about the dermacrine;

After that workout that far exceeds what I've been capable of in the last couple weeks (both the run and the number of pushups per set, and the number of sets, and especially being able to do all those AFTER a long run, I usually do the pushups and run on alternating days) I then stayed up until 2 AM watchin the longest dam movie ever (the good shepherd, good flick) I figured I had done everything possible to make myself more sick besides drinking. But this morning, sore throat gone. I am really pretty amazed, I think it's probably mostly the DHEA, but maybe the resveratrol has an effect too. I am thinking about keeping some Derma on hand all the time just for when I start feeling sick. Getting sick KILLS my training, especially during wrestling training. It takes me out of the gym for a week and then it makes it harder to get motivated to go back, and you lose gains plus your not all fired up again for another week (for me at least, i am kinda sluggish and hesitant to work too hard week after bein sick). Anyway point is, I think this stuff really helped fight this sore throat in a hurry even with me doing just about everything to make the sickness worse. I know a few other people had the same experience.

I am not sure on all the effects of Dermacrine yet. I think I get a strength increase, although I haven't really tested that yet. I am pretty dang sure it boosts immunity and stamina, I have definitely felt that. I don't know about muscle gain, I haven't seen a big boost in that, but I've been training for wrestling and running, so.... can't expect much there. And as for PCT, I haven't tried it for that either.

However even if the Dermacrine does not help build muscle directly (which I am not sure on either way) the stamina boost, immune boost, and the mood increases are going to keep you in the gym more often and for longer (I think it might help some with recovery too).

Anyway thats my 99 cents worth.
 
How long have you been using it for? I think I read a couple days. There are reviews that have shown it to be a good supplement. It's a topic that has been under some serious scrutiny. Hope you do good with it. Let us know after another week or two.
 
D_mac: I have no doubt that derma's boosting your strength, endurance, libido, maybe even your immune system... it's not going to grow you muscle in such a short time... but then again, even an AAS won't build you muscle that quickly. But hey, muscle growth aside, if the product does all the rest (and I think it does), that's good enough for me.

I did a full bottle a couple months back, I am only on my third day of it this time, and it was this time that I noticed the immunity boost
