Hi to everyone who reads this, ive got 4 weeks left of cutting diet and i am struggling to get rid of that last bit of fat round my stomach for my holiday! My diet is below.

2 rice cakes and 1 tin of tuna

chicjen breast with jacket potato

50g of nuts

weights and cardio

1 whey shake

turkey with new potatos and veg

1 tub of cottage cheese
What should i sacrifice from that diet? dont really want to cut back loads on carbs as im not having that many as it is and i work as a builder so its hard without them carbs, I was thinking of dropping the nuts from the diet is that a good idea? as i wont really have many fats in my diet if i cut them out.
