Getting legs back in basketball shape

I've started back playing basketball two times a week and I'd like to try to get my legs back. I played basketball all year round since I was about 12 to 19 at a pretty competitive level. I play for two hours on wed. and sun. nights. The first few games I'm ok, but later in the night, my legs are gone. I would also like to regain some of my jumping ability in due time. My question is....what days can I work on my legs so that I don't overtrian them? I don't have access to a gym right now to do any heavy lifting, so I do high rep lunges, squats, squat jumps, calf raises, etc... I'd also like to throw in some jump rope drills to help me out too. Can I do a low weight high rep workout like on thursday and monday and run the court for 2 hours on wed. and sun and not totally overwork my legs? Just assume it would be ok since I use to run the floor 5 days a week back in HS.

Really any comments, suggestions, or workout tips would be appreciated.
