garlic on an empty stomach

some articles online say garlic on an empty stomach powerful natural antibiotic and I was wondering if it's ok to consume for infected wounds or they use it for bacteria Inhabiting in your stomach, I got an infected cut on my hand palm and regular antibiotics are not working, thank you.

Go back to the docs. Garlic, no matter how good, will not compare to a proper antibiotic. If the hands still infected you need to get it treated.

Garlic will do nothing to the bacteria in your stomach. You are aware that you got gastric acid there - and it is way more potent than any garlic. And if you have a cut on your hand, eating garlic will not help at all. If anti-biotics are not helping you, definitely get checked by a doctor.

Garlic has mild anti-bacterial properties but they are not strong enough to actually kill an infection.

Go to a doctor and get your infection properly checked out. Don't take this lightly. This could become serious if not treated by a health professional.
