Yes I am a man trying to help a female friend, my MOM, as a favor I told her I would get her all the info I could on growth, particularly how long each kit of 126 iu's would last, how often to inject and so on, if there are any good posts or better yet great posts can you please shoot me in the right direction.

Most of what I have been able to find on the boards is
a. info geared toward BB purposes not aging related
b. info on gh for anti aging but recommended doseages are for men

As a 40 year old woman I would like to know if
a. at my age I would benefit from gh
b. if the benefit would be worth the expense
c. what doseage for a woman simply for anti aging not BB - just to give me what I naturally had in my late 20's or early 30's
d. what is the shelf life of a kit?

1/2iu per day and maybe 1iu per day would be fine im sure..5 days on 2 off.. will last you a long time.. one of my clients was on 1/2iu am and 1/2iu pm by his dr...well by his own doign but monitored by his Dr. as well as suggested dose.
