I think you look fantastic. :) You have a fantastic frame and I can really see your hard work is paying off.

What specifically are you trying to do betwee now and comp? Just cut fat? or try to add some muscle too?

Mainly Cut fat.. I've added a good amt of muscle and I'm very happy with most of my gains. I do need to work on my delts abit.. diet will make them more visible but I need them to be rounder. I'd like thicker traps and wider lats also.. hee hee.

I did quite a bit of ups and downs with diet .. gain and loss. Weight didn't change much from the beginning but I did go from 132 up to 140 and dropped Body fat in the process.. so I can't complain. my body seems to respond really good with what ever training i do.. be it heavy or light I still seem to see some growth. ;)

I was going to make this ONE comment for improvement. :) But you are damn fine as is too. :)
