Mainly Cut fat.. I've added a good amt of muscle and I'm very happy with most of my gains. I do need to work on my delts abit.. diet will make them more visible but I need them to be rounder. I'd like thicker traps and wider lats also.. hee hee.
I did quite a bit of ups and downs with diet .. gain and loss. Weight didn't change much from the beginning but I did go from 132 up to 140 and dropped Body fat in the process.. so I can't complain. my body seems to respond really good with what ever training i do.. be it heavy or light I still seem to see some growth.
