Out of everything... no Rala, etc etc..

Question... how will this effect my diet? do I need to change anything now that I'm not taking it?

Ok.. so I said I'd post a few pics.. I went back and forth on this beings I have lotsa work to do and still feel really blech fully in a suit and in heels to boot. that little AVA is one thing but posting them actually big enough to see.. hee hee thats another.
