Acutally not sure if I'd mentioned it but I screwed my knee up on Friday and had problems with it all weekend. Fluid pain and it would give out on me. I guess coupled with all the dancing etc.. etc.. Leaving the club Sat we turned around and headed back down the stairs.. when I twisted to turn.. my knee gave and I was going down so I braced myself with my right arm and immediately I felt pain. There are no external bruises so I'm thinking its a tendon or something.
Damn... I'm either getting old or I'm..... uh yea... getting old.
rushing out of work to get to the funeral home and forgot my shake.. bah!

And Seems there is a trainer at my gym.. a friend of mines husband who was gonna compete but got injured and some other personal stuff getting in the way had to withdraw.. and.. he has trained a few girls before including his former wife who was a bb... Gonna try to arrange something this sunday for him to help me with my posing!
He's always asking how my diet looks.. how's my training.. giving me tips here and there and every time I go in kinda sorta critques me a bit.. soooooooooo i'm hoping to be able to snag him to guide me thru this a bit.. beings hes there at the gym and had a few competitions under his belt..
