30 mins of HIIT on stepper.. 11 intervals.. whew i was sweating from my ears.

*rant* im stalled... and in one of those scared to death modes... how will i do this.. seems the 16th show will be out due to an uncooperative X so I am forced to do the show on the 9th.. this takes a week of prep time away and throws me in to the biggest show in LA.

doing a three day low carb to see if I drop some numbers... not sure what to do if nothing changes. im kicking ass with HIIT diet is good, training good. not sure whats the deal.

Weight 135lbs..... ;) was 140 yesterday... don't know how this is possible but im not complaining.

Didn’t he do this to you once before? Tell him to eat himself……..doesn’t seem fair that you work your ass off & have to deal with someone this unsupportive. I know it’s none of my business, but it’s defiantly not fair that you have to change your plans & stress yourself out.

I really hope everything works out for you. Regardless of the comp date, you’ll kick ass :rose:
