When I work my forearms,usually doing Db or BB wrist curls,the pain in my wrists is insane. My forearms can still pump reps but the wrist pain makes me cut the sets short. What the fuck? Should I just go lighter? I was under the impression that heavier weights and lower reps were the way to go as to gain forearm size. What are your thoughts?Thanks.
