For those who never come off!

British Bulldog

New member
Briefly, my cycle history: I have been using AAS steroids for the past 3 years. In the last year I have reached a point where I cannot maintain my mass after cycles, even with PCT. I have tried everything. You may laugh at this, but my sticking point is 210lbs solid at 6,3”. Then again, I have a super-fast metabolism.

I have come to the conclusion that like most big lads in the gym I will have to stay on year-round with periods of heavy cycles followed by light gear usage (bridge, no PCT except HCG).

I just want to know what some of you guys do in a typical year of continuous AAS use, i.e. dosages used for cycles & bridges, length of both & how much of gains do you keep from bridging.

All input is greatly appreciated.

250mg test cyp or enanthate every week is my base as well. i am 33 but i've got a 24yr old gf and its great to have wood whenever you need it. i lost my sex drive in my mid 20s, its great to be young again.

so that means that you're always shut down basically?? you never come off????

I am on all year,

do long cycles,
cut back,
do pct
then simply stay on growth and test for 4 weeks
and then start over.

54 years old

My cycles are contingent upon my work schedule, do light cycles when busy at work and heavy cycles when I have more time.

yes. i had test levels checked some 5 years ago and they were at the low end of the norm for a twentysomething man. i initially took that as fate and forgot about it for 2 years or so. then i came across various bb sites on the net and hooked up with some local sources. since then i am constantly on. i bought some clomid first but sold it only days ago since it was only collecting dust :qt:
but i am not shutdown completly, although my nuts are considerably smaller than they were years ago. before i got my vasectomy i let them test my sperm and i had active sperm even after 1 year of continous use of test! thats not uncommon though and the reason why a working male contraceptive has not been invented yet: test only does not work 100% to achieve azoospermia.
i will be on this "super-HRT" forever i guess. gear is dirt cheap here in Europe and i get a routine screening of blood and urine values and a prostate exam every year and its all in the normal range so far. i do lower the dose to 250mg every 10 days in my "off" time now, its enough to support a good amount of muscle and always-on libido.

I beleive your approach is safer than the roller coaster ride cycles take ppl through, and also I am against using clomid/nolvadex/HCG after cycles since I believe they simply cause more side effects.

I tried 250mg of test per week & maintained all gains except the water related strength gains, but this is good since then bp returns to normal (been checked). The levels are twice than normal test levels so should help hold onto alot of muscle. I will do this permanently when Im in my mid-30s.

BTW, any of you guys had any medical tests done for the heart function as that is my main concern for long-term use.

ah ok, now I understand bro. That's good that you keep getting checked every year, you never know

I married my then 23 year old wife when I was 40, so I know where you’re coming from brutha. :coffee:

I'm 39 and slipping the sausage to a 24 year old hottie but i'm only on juice about 4 months a year. I've been off since early April and have no plans to go back on soon.

perhaps consider review of your training and diet in view of holding mass, and going through your sticking point. continuous aas use is a serious decision, and i wouldnt really reccommend anyone to do it for the sake of a little muscle. there are some serious health dramas which will increase your chances of an early death significantly

full review. cant stress how important it is to do this before plunging into self medicated trt...

What another thirty-something with a twenty-four year old? lol! Judging by this thread, 23-24 must be the age when girls get fed up with “boys”.

Well good luck, some people have interesting points here, the main thing is to feel good, look good and enjoy sex, its free (for most!! :>) and extremely healthy, i for one luv it and try and get it as much as possible!!

What does this look like in terms of the amounts used on light and heavy cycles? Do you use HCG, arimidex or other ancillaries?

So, if I read this correctly, you're on 250mg/week of test year round and then add things as a cycle? Have you used HCG to keep your testicles from shrinking?

I am 39 now and probably will never come off again. Well, possibly a month off here and there. Right now I'm at 240+ and trying to put on more size & weight to make the superheavy mens open next year, and also enter the Masters Div. next year! I use about 750mg Test En, 600mg Deca, & 300mg Prop per week. Also using GH for the very first time right now. Jintropin kits.

I read in "Building the Perfect Beast" by Author L Rea a post cycle routine where he says little mass is lost even coming off a heavy androgen cycle. It involves the use of cytadren and teslac. I hope to be able to try this one of these days to see how effective it is.

PEACE

250mg of enthanate every 5 days works well for me. I’m 43 years old.

bingo, this is what i do. but i use sust and i've also been doing 100mg of primo along with it, i plan to do this forever if i can. btw, i'm 43 too, 6'2.5", 263lbs, and about 15% bf. i train hard too, very hard. my caloric intake is about 7000 calories per day but i'm going to get that down to about 4800 here soon. i've been working on getting my diet nailed down to the last calorie. i'll be curious to see how that goes. i'd love to get down to 10 or 11% bf and stay there. i hope that helps bro. :)

What's the impact on your HDL? Do you do regular bloodwork?

bro my cholesterol is pretty good, i had it taken about a month ago. my total was 166, my hdl was 37 and my ldl was 92. i know my hdl is not all that great, but it's always been on the low end of 'normal.' i take a lot of fish oil, olive oil, flax oil, walnuts, and coconut oil to help with this. i've been 'on' for at least the last year straight and then on and off, mostly on, for the past 5. but i've been using test of various types and for short periods of time for quite a few years now.

How long are you "off" for? Do you do any PCT during that time? AAS lowers HDL, so I was wondering where you're at with that. I won't do blood work for another 4 - 6 weeks.

What doses do you use for "maintenance"/HRT and what doses do you go up to if you cycle?

i'm never off anymore bro and i hope to never be off again. if i am it won't be by my doing anyway. i used to do pct -- hcg exclusively -- but no more.

my maintenance dose now is 250mg sust along with 100mg primo e5d.

i have no need to do any more than that that i can see. i mean i'm gaining and doing just fine with what i'm doing. i mean i once had aspirations of getting to 275 or 280lbs but no more, at 43 it would be counter productive to my life and my health.

i feel the fats i mentioned above are critical to staying healthy. i also feel that as the weight increases it is more critical to maintain a solid GPP, to help the heart stay strong. i do interval training to stay in the lower-end energy systems to use only type II fibers and stay strong in addition to getting a really good cardio workout. i don't feel the weight as much that way.

Hey that sounds like a good idea. I was looking for something to do with my leftover primo. I don’t have enough primo to another full blown cycle, but using an amp E5D would last me quite some time. I think I’ll start tomorrow. Thank you sir. :)

Excellent choice to run your cycles year round. I cant even remember the last time I deliberately took some time off and wasnt due to an injury. My cycles either being mass or cutting will be 6 months or longer. If I'm going from mass to cutting, I may take 2 weeks at very most off, but will always bridge with 10mgs/day of Dbol. This also makes it very easy to incorporate the use of HGH very well also. I firmly believe that long cycles with the addition of some GH is essentially the fountain of youth. I have currently switched my HGH over to the Jino kits like many other folks here have. They may only be 100I.U.s per kit, instead of 126I.U.s but the quality of the jino kits is well worth it. Typically, I'll run my GH from 6-10I.U.s each day. The cost of longer cycles is really the only drawback. Especially with HGH added to them. The money spent is well worth it though. I can hardly ever even notice that I have lost ANY of my gains. I have had a number of folks request a lay out of what a 6month to a year long cycle would look like, so I will out up a new thread on what it would look like. Good job on your past cycles and on the cycles you choose to do in the near future. I promise you that you wont be dissapointed in your decision. My stats are 6'2" and right now about 260lbs or slightly less. I just finished up a show so right now I am feeling the fat coming back. The reason I started longer cycles was due to breaking my back at 3 levels and herniating at 2 other levels as well. I feel like a little kid again which is a good thing for a 33 year old guy. Feel free to email me or send a PM if you have any other questions as well.

This is some good input. I look forward to your new thread on what a 6 month to year long cycle looks like.

very interesting bro, thanks much for posting this. let me guess the 10mgs/day dbol on your bridge is one shot in the early AM? i was doing it this for a while and really liked how i felt with it. i feel it's far superior to using a smaller or comparable doses dispersed throughout the day. the latter seems to turn toxic on me where the former does not. what do you think?

another bump. Very interested.
