10 min warm up tread mill
jump rope for 1 min
push ups x6
bent over rows 35x6
incline brench press 70x6
back extension with ball on bench x6
jump rop for 1 min
push ups x8
bent over rows 35x8
incline brench press 70x8
back extension with ball on bench x8
jump rope 1 min
push ups x10
bent over rows 35x10
incline brench press 70x10
back extension with ball on bench x10
jump rope for 1 min
push ups x8
bent over rows 35x8
incline brench press 70x8
back extension with ball on bench x8
jump rope for 2 min
eliptical for 10 min 5 forward/5 backwards

workouts will be like this for one month 30 minutes in the morning
excellent cardio wrapped up in a ball with a rope lol

Looks like an excellent cardio work-out!! I miss jumping rope I used to be good... Hmmmm
