my legs are toast from yesterday too....but i went on the bike for 10 minutes after and that def helped....i'll prob do some elliptical work again today for about 20 minutes...helps with the soreness "active recovery" as sarge called it in my log ")

that's what I was thinking, I have been stretching but it feels like my legs are going to seize up if that makes any sense. going for a walk and to the park with the girls today that should be a nice warm up before the treadmill and soccer.

As well, my hubby told me to try the glutamine again to see what happens.

You know it is bad when at night your dreaming about taking an anti inflammatory LOL.

Yeah that was me 2 days ago!!! I was like wine or anti?!?!? Hmmm
I like the glutamine idea...
Should walk and the stretch so the muscles are nice and warm and more pliabale...
Have fun at soccer :)

legs and bett still really really sore
biceps and triceps tonight

10 min cardio
all 4x10
barbell curl 65lbs
dips
hammer curl 25lbs
kickbacks 20lbs
overhead extension 15lbs

soccer practice went better, the kids got to know each other and we had a scrimmage in the middle and we won. I have to say the coach stepped up to the plate a 1/2 hour into practice :rolleyes:
off to parents to tile bathroom
 
yeah my legs are still killing me too...weird but my right calve feels like someone shot it. may give the glut a try...
