Hey guys!
First time poster and still a newbie to the bodybuilding world. Im 21 years old, 6'2, 253lbs roughly 20% BF (if I had to guess or at least how I feel lol) I'm mainly just trying to trim down to a solid 220lbs and be at 10% BF , just for starter goals. I always have an ear open to advice and it would be greatly appreciated. Ive been skimmin these forums for a little bit and this is by far one of the most helpful sites I've been to. As for my diet...well it sucks. flat out sucks. I go to the gym only 3 times a week, lift weights and run a mile to 2 miles for cardio. Back to my diet...like I said it sucks. I hardly eat breakfast ( food doesnt agree with me in the morning for some reason) but I can manage to get a snack down (protien bar or granola) by 9. I try to cram as much protein a day as I can but I feel there are better ways to do it. I dont really mess with shakes or mixes mainly because I don't know if they are for me or if my goals require that drastic of supplies. But Ide say I only consume 100g of protein to 175 per day. and it varries per day depending how busy I am with my work and school schedual. I would love some advice on what you guys think should be changed.
