Following Shadows Plan, weight for sholuders is pretty much with DB 10 Lbs, laterals and 15 for DB press...for biceps 10 lbs. DB...
Before I would pyramid weight first 12/10/8/6 reps with higher weight on each and at the end I would do 12 reps again with the same weight used on the 8 reps.
I think I had more muscle, but had more BF, and my macros were way off.
I was at 61%Protein/21%carbs/18%fat.
So I left everything and sarted the plan...I want more shoulder muscle, less tricep fat, and quads and hamstring muscle, less fat also...
LOL it sound s like an online order!
