You can also use a photo hoster -- e.g. www.tinypic.com -- browse to the pic on your computer that you want to upload, select "Upload" and then it will return w/ code for 3 different types of places to post -- if you hover over each it will tell you which code to use for forums, myspace, etc. And then just copy that code and past it into the posting screen on here.
