FLAX SEED OIL - Is there any possible way to make this stuff taste decent?

try hemp oil

its got a better range of omega fatty acids (3, 6 and 9 i beliveve)

its cheaper than udo's choice (thought thats a better blend i believe)

it tastes good enough to take raw (like nuts)

its green (chlorophyll....its probably good for u, and if not it looks cool :) )

i also vaguely remember a post by agent shagwell about flax oil and how something in there could be percieved as dangerous (think its was carcinogenic), though maybe that was just for women  ......still i used to take flax, and i prefer hemp

downside is it dont go as well with protein shakes, but just take it raw ands its a . o . k :)

actually your daily intake of diatary fats (15% or so) can easily be obtained. Most og it (the 15% fat) ill be obtained from eating your protein food. All protein foods contain fat and fat is found in small amounts in all of your carbohydrate foods. Dietary fat from oils can be obtained from PAM to coat cooking skillets and from using lo-fat salad dressing.

yes it does increase lypolysis (fat breakdown), along with cell wall repair (helps with recovery), brain cell function, and hormonal stuff. but its not needed

Well in Norway it may not be essential cause you have
so much good fish readily available. But for somebody that
lives inland and fish isn't fresh, the fax is a good source
of the (which is it?) omega-3 or omega-6 which the body
cannot produce.

omega 3

unfortunately as its so rich it can actually block absorbtion of omega 6 apparently....bear in mind this is what Dr udo erasmus said (he produces his own oil so he might be biased :)
