How many of you guys have noticed a difference when using flax oil, and what was it?
What dosage is good for flax. I've already searched the site, and come up with anything from 1-5+ tbsp/day.
Also is flaxseed meal just as good, if you use enough to get as much fat as a tbsp of oil? It seems to be better because it contains a lot of fiber and a bit of protein.
