I am trying to fill in a days worth of meals, but I have no idea what the nutritional value of some items are. Here are a couple examples:

egg whites
turkey sandwhich on whole wheat

Does anyone know the calories / protein / carbs / fat ?
 
you have to type it in as Egg white. For turkey sandwich on whole wheat, you have to seperate it like turkey and whole wheat bread
 
Heres what I do..i either look at the nutritional info on the box..or go to NutrionData.com (the government one)...i figure out the macros..and I go to fitday and creat custom food with those macros...since i eat the same 10 things everyday, its pretty easy

I pretty much eat the same things every day also. I just need help with the numbers on a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and one slice of low fat cheese and 1 tbs of light mayo. ( pretty thick sandwich ) . And I large chicken breast. Im not sure how much it weighs, but the table on the pack says it is only for 4 oz, and I know it is larger. I just need what an average breast is.

Well the thing with fitday is, is that they have chicken breast sizes to choose from of small, medium & large - which you don't know what they consider as "large" for example......which is why I weigh everything & record by ounces.....

As for egg whites, go to the egg category & choose "egg white."
