*So I got this idea for a calf workout today (which I named myself..no idea if there is an actual name for it) after reading a post on evolutionary by member MT Pockets about this sort of workout he does. All credit for the idea goes to him. Basically I set the treadmill to the max incline and leaned over the display screen as far as it could go and jogged on the balls of my feet, concentrating on pushing off with my big toe. Helluva calf workout and a great way to end my day at the gym.. calfs were on fire! Will be doing this more frequently and definitely for a longer duration.. just the test run today.
Training Note:
I wasn't completely pleased on my form with the Arnold presses my last shoulder workout.. so I decided to drop the weight a little to make sure I don't slack off and really concentrate..
