First Time Cutting Up

I have always done cycles for mass and i am happy with the size i am now (BULKED UP SIZE) Now i decided to start cutting up. Im going to post up a Diet and i hope you guys can not give me crap saying its bad but if you guys can give advice what needs to be in it or be taken out..

8am
1 Cup Oats/Mixed With Protein Powder
1 Banana

10:30am
400g Chicken Breast
A Cup Of Rice/Vegetables

12:30pm
400g Chicken Breast
Cup of Rice/Vegetables/Flaxseed oil

I Do My Weights then when i finish weights have some 60g Dextrose with Water Then Cardio..
PWO SHAKE

2pm
400g Chicken
1 Cup Vegetables

5pm
400g Fish
1 Cup Vegetables

8pm
400g Tuna
1 Cup Veggies


I know it looks pretty standard but can u guys just give me ur opinions??

and is it good to take the dextrose after weights n before cardio? or take it after with my protein?
 
Do not take dextrose before cardio if your goal is fat loss. Dextrose will send insulin through the roof and the fat burning process will be nonexistent.
 
sounds like you don't need it but have your prot shake after cardio and 30 minutes to and hour later eat, also add eggs or tuna fish to your first meal.
 
so its better after cardio with my PWO shake or i shouldnt even use it?

Dextrose post workout is great for bulking, but can really slow down your cutting results. It spikes insulin very high and when a lot of insulin is present you do not burn stored fat. I would probably stay away from it if your #1 goal is fat loss. Save it for bulking.
