no you should not... you should learn how to properly inject and stop using steroids when you have no clue what your doing

when you inject and feel something strange then pull out. when you decided to inject anyway you made things very difficult for yourself. sounds like you hit a nerve

if you have a fever and an infection sure but don't go to the er for a bad injection.
