First cycle

Its a matter of preference. Bith dylan and needto recommended the sarms as a bridge and from my personal experience it was fantastic. I will do the same after this cycle. Bit since this cycle is longer I will have some natural tine off before the next cycle

Ok thanx for the advice. I will definately consider it. So if i was to do 1-8 osterine 25 mg everyday dosed once per day?
3-8 forma stanzol
1-8 hcgenerate

Pct
1-4 forged post cycle
1-4 test infusion
1-4 forma stanzol
1-4 daa chews

Ostarine is dosed 1/day and I did it in the morning at 25mg/day

I used D-Spark at 3 tabs per day instead of DAA. At that dose it has the full recommended amount of DAA plus some other stuff to help maintain gains and for me I actually made more progress.

Only PH I jave done was katana as a kickstart to thos cycle so cant really compare.

O ok thanx. From what i read from searching it sounds like helladrol. 4-8 lb gains with a recomp.

Today was chest day and i switched from doing primarily dumbell lifts to barbell lifts. Was a little different but pretty much the same. Hit it hard and left feeling totally drained. Weight has dropped to 201 but so far i believe its only fat loss. As far as i can tell i have gained muscle and look more vascular and striated than before. It especially is pronounced when working out but is visible when not. So going by the mirror i feel that i am still making progress and am somewhat disregarding scale data except as a reference. Sunday will most likely be when i post end of cycle pics. I havent posted any picks where ive worked out and all have pretty much been first thing in the morning. I would like to try to get some pics when i have my pump on....lol

Worked back today and it didnt go very good. First i was tired with very little sleep and second had no food in me. Went after my morning job b cuz i felt energized( most likely the coffee). After bout half an hour i just felt drained. Stuck it out tho but no progress and not real happy bout it overall. Gonna have to make up for it next back session which is gonna be moved up in the rotation. On another note i ordered two bottles of osterine, hcgenerate, and forma for my bridge. Should arrive by wed or so. Read a lot of good things bout it and should be a lean 4-8 lbs/ recomp like helladrol only less harsh....which will lead into my test e cycle.

Sunday worked shoulders. Have always been one of my strengths. Workout went well and today was also last day of pct. Sittin at 201 lbs and less fat as well. Pants dont fit anymore and im much more vascular and striated. Today i did chest and im right at my peak helladrol level in terms of weight but stamina is not the same. I still feel that im making progress and pushed past plateaus. In my evaluation( this is my opinion based on my results and experience)
Helladrol-great recomp and decent strength gains from weeks 2 1/2-5. Would be great if you could take for 8 weeks and get the results i saw in weeks 3-4....lol but its not a perfect world. All the supps from mr supps and ntbm were great and will definately be a part of every cycle from here on out. Worked as advertised and i am extremely happy.
