First Cycle - Workout Routine

Well first things first your first cycle should not include a 19-nor testosterone (DECA in this case)

Also how many calories do you think you are putting down right now?

I'm putting about 3250 cal right now(i'm 160lbs) but i'm gonna force myself as much as i can to get more cals during cycle.Why do you think i should not include the deca?
 
If you're a beginner, yes its too much, but you're using steroid and bulking by eating in caloric surplus i see no reason why you cant handle that much volume, i do that many sets when natty and cutting, eating only 1800 cal on workout days and 1600 on off days plus doing 5+ days of cardio a week.. 30 sets is nothin, i have done 40 sets for arms when i was bulking naturally and my arms grew nicely.. i would actually up it to 40 sets twice a week, 20 on each day, if you cant handle this much volume then you should not be using steroid in the first place.

Thanks for the reply.I hit the 2 muscle groups per workout day so that makes total 60 non stop sets..thats why i said its too much
 
Cuz you never run 2 compounds for a 1st cycle....the same reason you have a few beers on the night you turn 21 vs. a whole bottle of 1800
