Hello everyone. I will be starting my first cycle of Oxanadrovar with GW, and wanted to put my diet plan out there for review.
Breakfast - Egg, ham, and cheese sandwhich on multi-grain bread
Pre workout - (Green Smoothie) Kale, spinach, cucumber, carrots, and mixed fruit smoothie with 1 scoop protein (22g/scoop)
Post workout - 2 scoops protein, creatine, and a glass of skim milk with Ovaltine!
Lunch - Skinless baked chicken and rice or mashed potatoes
Predinner - Green Smoothie with 1 scoop protein
Dinner - 2 hard boiled eggs and sliced ham or chicken
My main goal is to lose a lot of bodyfat while adding some muscle and strength. I figure with this I should be taking in enough protein to maintain and grow muscle, carbs to fuel myself, and maximizing fat loss. Thank you for your time and information!
