[FONT="]When i am counting my grams of carbs do i need to include fiber with this. like if something has 20 carbs and 8 fiber should i count it as 20 carbs or 12? hope this makes sense.[/FONT]
the reason is there are plenty of foods and drinks that are low carbs that are bad for you and ones high in carbs that are good.
nothing wrong with healthy carbs. nobody gets fat off nuts, fruit, and potatoes, you start restricting them to 'hit your macros' and you are only fucking yourself
