Going to supplement more fiber in my diet
the guy came over to empty out my septic tank and he made the comment to me that I wasn’t getting enough fiber in my diet
not sure if it was a joke or not but I was doing some research online and doesn’t seem like I’m getting enough fiber with supplements should I be adding?

First try eating more raw fruits and veggies. Metamucil is a popular brand or you can just get pure psyllium husk.
