fellas help with diet please!!!!!!

I am starting my cutting diet on monday please help out guys, tell me what you think. i've got to do something by bf is higher rigt now than it's ever been at least 20% it was only 15% when i started my bulker. Screw this i am switching my diet to acomadate fat loss, currently i am running test enan 800mg a week 100mg tren ed and next week i am adding Deca at 300mg a week. here's my diet and some before pics.. cirrently 251lbs at least 18-20% bf 6'3" 28 yrs old
Cutting diet

7am
6 Egg Whites
1 Cup Rolled Oats
2 Scoops Whey


9:30
2 Scoops Whey
1 Apple


11:30
10 Oz Chicken Breast
Large Green Salad W 1tbsp Olive Oil

2 Pm
2 Scoops Whey
Apple

4pm
2 Cans Of Tuna Or Chicken
1 Cup Ff Cottage Cheese

6pm
6 Egg Whites
Large White Potatoe
Spinach

9pm
2 Scoops Whey
1 Tbsp Anpb
 
Well, personally, I think you are gonna starve on this diet and end up splurging hard. It looks adequate, however it's low on EFA's. I'd also suggest losing some of the whey shakes (whey is FAST absorbing) in search of some whole protein sources (chx, tuna, etc.)

Also, whiy the white potatoe so late? May want to rethink that...if it's PW....6-8oz max.

I'd measure your foods, as many people have a real problem "eyeballing" wts...

Also, personally speaking, I nix fruits and dairy when I cut.....actually, I nix fruits all the time, but that's just what works for me.
