I've been dieting down now for 37 days straight. No cheat days, no carbs and all the typical crap that comes along with it(cardio@5:30am & lifting in the evening). Anyway i've dropped 20lbs of fat so far and i think my body is starting to get used to my low carb regimen and the low calorie diet. Plus I've been draggin this past week and feel like my body is saying "Hey give me some food you Bastard!". I was planning on waiting till Thanksgiving to chow down and kick start my metabolism by consuming a huge amount of calories. But the way i've been feeling lately I think it's time for me to cheat and shock my body.
Any thoughts on this?
