my new favorite lift is weighted dips. I grab a 15, or 20lb db and get my dips on. my arms were exploding afterwards. awesome exercise for tricep mass. my previous favorite lift was squats.
I love 'em. I bought myself a belt back in april (since my current gym doesn't have one) and just worked my way up to three plates today. It was REALLY hard driving home.
Seriously, they're my favorite exercise on chest day.
My favorite would be weighted chins using a shoulder width supinated grip.Dips would be a close second.I like all the looks you get when you strap on a few plates and go at it.
My fav has to be deads but weighted dips are an awesome mass builder for tri's. I managed a few sets on 3 plates last week, but the dipping bars at my gym aren't real secure looking and were shaking in ways I didn't like so I will have to wait a few weeks till the new gym opens and I can do them without risking my life.
After 14 years...my favorite lift is picking up my gym bag after a good work out. I don't mind lifting...but the thrill left years ago. If only we had more tight girls in spandex with implants...that gets me going!!!
