Fat... complex carbs... and satiety

Ive stuck to non fat, high fiber high protein breakfasts in the mornings as readings have told me to thats the best thing (supposedly fiber rich foods are absorbed and digested slower). YET, Im considerably hungry 3 hours later.

Ive also noticed that when I eat fatty foods like onion rings for lunch, I DONT get hungry so fast.My real Q is, might having a [low carb] high fat & hi protein BKFST be better?

This is how my day looks like:

BKFST: HIgh fiber cereal, skim milk, whey(fast digesting pro to snap into ana)
Lunch: Onion rings & whey (OR) Chicken and rice
PreWK: Rice & beans, mayeb some whey
POst: SKittles(or poptarts), whey (fast digesting pro)
DInner: Turkey ham (sandwiches) done with lite bread
Bed: Tuna w/lite mayo (slow digesting pro for slow realease durign sleep)

What's wrong with being hungry 3 hours after your first meal? I have only been at my new job three months now, but I'm already known as the guy who eats every 2-3 hours lol. Gotta stoke that metabolism!!!

Yea I know. I used to be real hard core too when I was in excellent shape but my physique is in ruins, and my finances are deteriorated and Im kindof in a "pause game" for the moment, therefor I eat less frequently.

"PreWK: Rice & beans, mayeb some whey"

Your playing with danger eating beans before workout. Don't do any heavy leg presses. LOL.

fuck the skittles and poptarts post workout...thats horrible. Drink some gatorade or honey and banana with your shake. Just a suggestion.
