let us know what your cardio is like. You say 45 minutes. what are you doing. running, stairs, elipticle, bike. when do you do acrdio? morning , night?

I am a big fan of cardio breeze as well. that will help cardio.

30-45 min a night or morning depending on my schld , usually tredmill eliptical

what is cardio breeze i have notice my energy level is down because of no carbs in the system
