You can make winny that is BB based, as you can with test suspension.

Goes to show you..... If you can get the real stuff, why would you even consider going UG. So the price is a little higher, but as you put it... Wouldnt you pay a little more to be able to move your arms

Probably not fake, but since is a Underground laboratory they don't have the technology and equipment to do a water based winny, winny is suspended in water very easy but since your using water the possibilities of contaminate the gear is high and so the UG they do their best to suspend in oil....
The UG labs in the states seldom carry any tabs (usually if they do they come from another country) some of them capsules, the reason is that the tab pressers has to have the approval of the DEA to be sold and when you buy one there all sort of paper work to fill to get it approved.....
