Excersise for outer chest

I just have a comment about the "lower biceps" thing. Those exist. I don't know if in the vernacular, people say "lower biceps" when they're talking about the brachialis or if they're trying to make their bis look longer somehow.

thats a feel thing though. the brachialis due to where it sits can give the "feeling" of "lower biceps". usually when people are doing preacher curls etc. due to the amount of forearm involvement. especially if it gets pumped, people will believe they are working their lower biceps more. feel can only go so far, then its time to open an anatomy book eh? :)

same reason is said of "lower abs". due to where the illiopsoas run, if they get a burnin' people immediately think they are targetting their elusive "lower abs". hence the reason leg lifts become so popular for that troubled area. the day hip flexors become abdominals...i'll eat my words. hehehe. :D
