I'm feeling much better today...still not 100%.

Sorry for not updating for a while but here is a small update in a nutshell.

So ALL of week one of PCT I was just f**ked. Fever, cold and cough. My whole body was feeling weak due to the fever. Whats worse is I got my girl sick too =(

Anyway im into week 2 of PCT. I did chest on monday and my lifts were basically what it has been after the strength gains. I.e. i havent lost any strength but endurance definately took a slight hit due to the sickness I just recently experienced.

yesterday I did back...and again, my lifts were all fine but endurance was yet again a bit of a problem.

Im not 100% yet, I still have a cold and slight cough and maybe that explains the lack of oxygen im getting to power thru my workout. Im just glad my strength is still there.

Today is leg day and everyone knows its not a day to f**k around with! So i'll try and go as hard as I can.

Another 2 more weeks of PCT before I embark on my SARMS triple stack (i got my s4 and osta but the bloody GW is still out! - im cutting it fine in regards to getting all my supps in time. Worst case scenario i might have to delay it by a week or two before I start).

I didnt way in this week but its clear that I lost some weight! Its because when I was sick I was literally on one meal a day maybe two at the most. I know what everyone is going to say, but trust me, I was feeling like dog poo.

I'm amping up my calories this week and trying to workout hard just to make up for last week.

I'll do a weigh in next week monday and update u guys.

Just very disappointed with the sickness....but alas, wat can we do?

we have all had to do the hard work and train through sickness. i know its twice as hard. but right now you have twice as much to loose... kill that leg day today man...

SELF REFLECTION AND RESULTS

Im sorry for not logging during my PCT but basically everything went smoothly with my recovery. Boys are plump, libido is fine as always and general well being and outlook excellent!

Starting weight: Around 183-185 pounds (83.4kg)
End of cycle weight: About 200lbs (90kg)
End of PCT: 196lbs/88.8kg!

So basically I gained 11-13lbs!! I only lost around 4lbs during my PCT. But if u follow my thread, I faced two big hurdles. Firstly I got injured for almost a week during cycle and then I got crazy sick going into PCT where in about a week I lost 1.5kg/3.3lbs!!

Needless to say, I f**king busted my ass to get back into it and honestly the hard work paid off.

My initial goal was to put on about 10lbs by the end of PCT but then i changed my goal to 15lbs after week 2 since my gains and strength was off the scale! I fell slightly short of my amended goal, but i definately killed my initial goal. Overall I am really happy given my sickness and injury. I could well have done better. I changed to a slightly dirty bulk in PCT to make up for the sickness...so had I not been sick, my gains would have been slightly cleaner!

So....wat would I have done different next time?

In all honesty, I LOVE the beast. Kata was just awesome to cut me up....but if I had to do it again, I would probably only run Beast and Kata for 4 weeks and then 4 weeks of PCT. Why? well everyone is different....and I feel as though 6 weeks just becomes too tiresome. Although I was on transdermal and the lathery wasnt too bad, I did feel it sometimes especially after week 4.

Anyway running 4 by 4 only means you can be ready to hit ur next cycle quicker or even embark on a sarms triple stack as a bridge...

Other than that the cycle went pretty darn good. My sides were next to minimal because I cant stress enough how important the support supps are! So thanks dylan and the rest of the crew for taking care of my ass!!! I CANT STRESS ENOUG HOW IMPORTANT THE SUPPORTS ARE. I say this because some people wana skimp on the costs, but honestly even WITH supports I felt slight headaches here and there. I noticed slight suppression and if it wasnt for my supports god knows how f**ked it would have been. So lesson two: SUPPORT SUPPORT SUPPORT!

Week 2 is definitely when u make ur biggest gains in terms of weight....but ur strength keeps increasing till end of week 3/4....hence 4 week cycle would probably be best for beast IMO.

I loaded up when beast got banned...i have 5 bottles stored away...and honestly I cant wait to hit my next cycle already! Im gonna do a nice lean out in time for december....then i'll do my next beast cycle around February...

I want to thank everybody for helping a brother out, during my lows (sickness and injury)....u all supported me, gave me tips and even gave me encouragement and the drive to continue pushing.

EF is the best....and this truely is a helpful and supportive forum which hands down is the best I have EVER come across. My life has changed since I joined here sometime last year...and I can guarantee u i'll be around for a long long time...
