Distortion

Well this time i did it right. In about a month in a half i put on 21 lbs. While some of this was fat a good portion was muscle.
I started my bulking cycle right after i came off of football season. I was pretty "lean" compared to what i normally am. I think i owe most of it to N-Large and creatine. I took about 1-2 x my body weight in protein g daily. The Nlarge seriously blew me up like alot , and i got good pumps from the micronized ast creatine.
Now i was coming off of a peroid of not working out for around 3 months so my muscle memory kicked in, but still i'm 15 lbs heaver than i have ever been. When my creatine runs out i'll probably lose another 3 lbs, or so but thats just water.
Starting Weight (approx)- 143 lbs
Ending Weight as of right now-165.7 lbs
Now i have my Dymetadrine Xtreme, and some glutamine. Time to cut.
