For hamstrings, the glute ham raise on the floor and reverse lunge has no equals IMO
The thing is how many people do declines? I reckon it could be the secret exercise some people keep to themselves. Come to think of it a dip is like extreme decline bench. Who would have bigger pecs - a deep wide grip dipper or a Bench presser after a year?
