I’m clean of roids for 6 months now. While total testosterone is back to normal, free testosterone is below normal because SHBG is still high. Is there any sense to take 25mg of Proviron for some time as I’m not on cycle nor I’m planning anymore?
If not to use Proviron, how to naturally lower SHBG?

yes, proviron can lower shbg...50 mg per day

I read that boron can also reduce SHBG. Haven't tried it yet but I've ordered a bottle.
