When the thought of one more plain hard-boiled egg white is making you gag, try this out. Just mix everything in a bowl, and then put it into 6 egg white halves like you would with a regular deviled egg.
grate 3 egg whites (cheese-grater)
grate 2 dill pickles
1/2 can of tuna
1 tablespoon regular mayo
1 tablespoon mustard
Cals: 264 Fat: 10 Carbs: 8 Protein: 35
(You'll have more of the mix than can fit in the eggs, but it's tasty eating it on it's own anyway)
*I use canola mayo so it's a good fat
