Effective Diet Approach When "On". (Vets please chime in)

I agree your calorie intake is tough it depends on lifestyle, metabolism, ect. But the principle idea of either diet is right on.
I weigh 265 and it take some major calories to maintain...and some horrific eating while on.
 
ive done the keto style bulk, and i feel it works pretty good, esepcially for those who have trouble eating, because healthy fats are a very easy way to increase calories.

i kinda copied BBF on this one, i go 3 days no carbs, and then the 4th day i eat carbs and pro, fat is as close to zero as possible. protein is pretty high, about 2gr/pd.

exact numbers... i say 16 x bw to gain mass without gaining fat -- depends on the person though.
