EF 2011 Fantasy Football & The League

I don't know how many of you watch "The League" on a regular basis, but it's emerging as one of the funnest shows on television. And frankly, I can't get enough of Andre and Taco.

I say for next years EF Fantasy Football big we go way bigger. Let's throw $100 in per person and host it on NFL.com instead of yahoo.

No dj legacy. Shirlene and Puddles instead.

This year the "EF League" SUCKED and hurricane, dannomight, redshirt, and myself are literally the only people still fixing our lineups.

What do you guys say?

Also, what about side bets? None went on in the EF league this year, yet in my other leagues I had to eat 6 triple-atomic wings, my buddy had to beer bong a four-loko, and it was chaotic in general with crazy bets.

and the draft was a disaster and none of us really picked our teams.

$100 isn't a shitload of money and if we get puddles involved, everyone will take it super serious.

my team was autopicked. nimbus picked his team and he finished 2-11. lol

Also, there is a real chance there will a lockout which means no real football, let alone fantasy.

that won't happen.

why? Because the NBA has a lockout issue also. There's no way both lockout in the same year.

i honestly don't think the leagues would recover. it took baseball a bajillion years to recover from their lockout

I can make it happen. I'd rather do it with NFL.com and i'd want to figure out who would be game for it months ahead of time

yea this league wasnt too hott.. only reason i played threw it was because it is my 1st ff league.. and i wanted to learn and understand the rules ..which i have accomplished

passing TD's? No way.

i played in a league like that one time. that's insane.

give bonuses to QB's for passing over 200+, 300+ and 400+ yards and big passing plays or long TD's

yeah passing TDs.

2 of my 3 leagues use 6 point PaTDs and it's much, much better. Makes it so it's less RB heavy.

Agree with those yardage bonuses. That's exactly how it is in all 3 of mine, plus bonuses for passes over 40 and then the standard 1 point for 25 yards in the air.

That seems a tad bit too QB heavy for me redshirt. I agree with CW.

If you get Tom Brady next year in that type of a league, it would be too easy to dominate

it evens out because getting an elite QB means passing on a top tier RB. And it's not like Brady is the only good QB out there..

I'm not going to debate with you though, I've done it for years and know that it's fun. This was your first year in fantasy.
