eating at work

ok q. what do you guys take to work?

i usually take 2 fat/protein meals (egss, meat something like that) and 2 prot/carb (shakes with some whole wheat bread usually).
Im eating at 900 1130 1400 1700. This excludes my breakfast and meals at home of course :p

Anyway i would like to know what you guys eat at work?

same......protein bars and shakes,i grill chicken the night before so you can have a couple dinner time and warm some more up at lunch.:D

wow, grill chicken the night before and then warm it up ? do you keep it in a fridge at work then ? i always thought warming chicken up like that was bad?

nooooooo.....i grill 2-3 of those 6 oz bresta and put 2-3 on for the next day.put thm in a tupperware and throw them in the microwave the next day .....been doing it for years and am sure others here do the same....

Same here,

Twice a week I am in the kitchen preparing my meals. I cook up a bunch of chicken breasts and throw them in some tupperware with potatoes or brown rice.

I also get large bags of those frozen mixed vegetables (I know that fresh would be better but I usually don't have the time to clean and chop that many veggies) and I fill the tupperware containers up the rest of the way.

I will usually take a couple of these meals with me to work each day along with some protein powder and my shaker (never leave home without it).

Protein powder, protein bars, tuna, ready-made myoplex shakes. I sometimes go out for lunch to get a sub or chicken sandwich

sometimes I will just eat a pack of 97% fat free lunch meat, turkey or chicken. its less than $3 and is about 24 grams of protein.

If I cook on sunday night I will do so for the whole week and after everything is done, meat, potatoes and vegies, I take those glad disposable tupperware type containers and put a small serving of each item in each container, usually 8 or more containers. Then after they cool I put the lids on and store them in the fridge. That way I can just grab one or two in the am on the way out. I figure that because the lids are not opened till I am ready to eat, they are good for 10 days or so in the fridge.

This is especially good when bulking as you can have meat and potatoes 3 times a day.

Dont be a Jabroni.......eat your chef boy ar dee....beef macaroni

.

hmm it seems that you guys only take 2 or mayb 3 meals to work how do you guys get through a 8 hour day plus some travel with only 3 meals??
and i thought i dint eat anough :P

You do the math. One at home before leaving, one or two at night after work. 5 or 6 is enough for me.

Usually I will eat a meal right before I go to work as well.

Add the three meals at work, along with a couple after I get home and you have 6 for the day. Seems to work good for me.

maybe this sounds weird but how do you keep those chicken breasts at work when they are in the tupperware thing... in a fridge ? or do you do something special when you cook them ? i like to do bring them to work also but dont know if they can be out of the fridge that long after you make them at home.

greetzz

don't really have too much time to eat at work. too many dogs! i usually eat one meal during the day at work which is 12 hrs. and when i get off work i'll eat another meal. Is'nt very healthy at all.
