Do any of you bulkers eat almonds for extra calories? I bought 2 bags of almonds and it says on the bag that 1/4 of a cup has 210 calories in it. I can easily eat a cup of almonds and get 840 calories done.
Yeah it's an easy way to bump cals. It's from mostly fats (healthy fats, that are good).
But 1 cup in a sitting... i wouldn't reccomend, lol... spread the amount you need to consume to bump total intake up throughout the day and it'll be much better for ya.
