Black diamonds *drools*
A year ago black Diamonds was what they turned any diamonds with flaws in them into. When I first got Shanna her 2c black diamond ring they cracked the diamond when they set it. It was the only flawless 2 carrot I could find and them bitches cracked it setting it in the ring. Lucky for me I insure everything so they had to replace it.. It took them 3 months to find a new stone though...... I had to special order the 1ct earrings I got now. I have a 1/2 and 1/4th carrot black diamond earrings to but them I picked out off the show case. I have 2 holes in each ear so 1ct's on bottom and 1/2 or 1/4th on top.. Or depending on my outfit I may also wear rubies, emeralds ,Moldavites, Moonstones, Amethysts, Mystic Topaz, and I have many different kinds of diamods from Pink Champagne Diamonds to blue and green diamonds... But My favorite is the black and the only ones I have in a full Carrot each...
I have always loved stones every since I was a kid. I used to collect rocks, stones, and even dig all over the place for them. Now I have the luxury of being able to collect them. Go to Diamond and gem shows and shit like that.. every major jeweler within 100 miles knows me by name..
What is great about stones is they are not a bad investment. Always retain their value if not increase in value so I don't mind buying them like I do. I also collect Gold, white gold, platinum, tungsten and other cool metals like this too.
Oh I forgot to mention bought the misses a 1 month tanning package an for myself a ntbm t-shirt an a bottle of hcgenerate. Monies are tight.

Well it sounds like you're doing things right then, kids stay out of trouble, you spend time with them, etc just keep up the good work, keep an interest in their life, who they hang out with, if their behavior changes, if their grade change, other than that you're good, just try to keep gift giving as a birthday and Christmas occasion or for rewarding purposes.
You can also try to get them to volunteer every now and then in different things so they can get a view of other less fortunate people's lives, this can help them appreciate what they have and fight for it.
As a kid on christmas before we could get our toys mom made us separate unused toys from our current stash to give to others, you can do that with them too.
Well, since I basically work my ass off to pay bills and we are just getting by being able to buy food and have money for gas, as I have to work for supplements lol ...my little girl got to have 2 egg hunts which consisted of real dyed hard boiled eggs and plastic eggs with some change, chocolates, and jelly beans. I have an older "entitled" daughter, we had spent thousands of dollars on a at risk teen theraputic wilderness program in N. Carolina, then 2 years of private high school (the wilderness program suggested boarding school, we opted out of that, went for less expensive route), and then we tried to save money and enrolled her into Middle College...big mistake...I ended up gasping my last breath trying to bail her out of trouble for a physical altercation with another student, and had always bailed her out, never let her fall...my fault...she just knew daddy would rescue her. She was always on restriction yes, so through these events when she turned 18 she left middle fingers in the air not wanting to live by rules, or be respectful to mom and dad...and guess what, we spoiled her when we could just because of the same thing you said Nate...give them what we never got...so it does seem absurd to me to give gifts at Easter, but who is to say I wouldn't if I had the money...because I am a sucker for daddy's little girls! Big ass sap! My youngest is 6, she is a good girl, last week when we were struggling to get groceries she came up to me with a $5 bill and said "here daddy, this is for groceries"...when she walked away I started crying. In this day and age it is fucked up out there, and we need to teach our kids the meaning of hard work, because the kids these days have no fucking work ethic at all because of too much being handed to them for what? Nothing! Just because we didn't get it when we were kids...bullshit! I am learning the finer art of parenting by too many costly mistakes...oh, and back to my oldest daughter, when she left home thinking her so called friends were going to take care of her and help her become independent and be an adult, two of the friends places she was at she was kicked out after a month due to not paying rent or utilities, stealing from them, not paying for food, then ended up where she is today...grandmas! Grandma won't kick her out, she uses grandmas car daily, doesn't pay for shit, and we get the phone calls daily grandma saying she can't take ot anymore, but she won't do anything about it...so my oldest just does as she pleases without any regard for grandma or the family.
Entitlement is a slippery slope with kids these days, they all seem to have it in some form, and I am as much to blame for it as they are by what I did or didn't do as a father to teach them lessons in life...so no disrespect, gifts at Easter is kind of overdoing it IMO.
Hopefully your kids appreciate it...but it sounds like the oldest is already having some wrong thought processes going by wanting to.drop out of school and work for dads lucrative supplement business...tell him he needs to get a degree in business if he wants to go that route and it doesn't matter how or what dad did to get where he is today, but bottom line...it was all about hard work.
