Try a 20 set dead lift day where you start out heavy and work down to a 20 rep set at whatever lighter weight you can manage for the 20 reps. People start asking all kinds of questions.

How many sets you doing today anyway?

You had 5 plates on there and now your lowering them?

Why are you not doing anything else today?

Ever since SSME was in there deadlifting on his stilts, no one asks anymore questions like that again.
